My name is Paolo Ragghianti. I started this activity in 1985, pursuing the tradition of an old uncle of my wife Anna's, who managed the bakery ever since the Fifties.

I owe him my passion for this work and the ingeniousness of the artisans of long ago. I contributed with my determination, first to learn and then to grow, day after day, focusing above all on the quality and genuineness of the product.

Following the Sienese tradition, I have rediscovered ancient local recipes, creating exquisite patisserie, in which flavours take on the traits of our people: they are simple, genuine, straightforward and strong...

Tuscan indeed, ...and proudly so.
